Thank you for supporting Elkaholics! We're a small, family-run business built around a passion for bowhunting, and we truly appreciate every order. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your gear to you.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We're working toward offering free shipping on qualifying orders in the future — stay tuned!

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states via standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days from the date of shipment.

Canada Shipping We ship to Canada via standard international shipping. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at elkaholicsllc@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
