At Elkaholics, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed. We want you to love your Elkaholics gear — if something isn't working for you, just reach out.

How to Start a Return Email us at elkaholicsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label so the process is as easy as possible.

Refunds & Exchanges Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately — no return required.
